Cut round wood plugs from blocks of scrap wood - the scraps were glued up from different wood species, yielding the multi-color effect of the wood plug (circles). Top is a glue up of a bunch of scraps. Bottom is 1/4 inch plywood covered with some randoms veneer scraps.
